BET has announced the premiere of Baldwin Hills, a new Laguna Beach-like docu-reality series that will follow the lives of 12 African-American teens, some of whom have wealthy parents and enjoy the accompanying lifestyles and others who have had a much tougher upbringing living in a nearby neighborhood.
